This Women's Fully Lined Blazer by Talbot's Petites has a houndstooth design in black and white and is made of imported fabrics. The blazer has four buttons down the front and two deep pockets, one on each side at the bottom. The blazer also has a faux pocket on the left chest and three buttons on each cuff.
